What should I include in my profile?

💼 SUBSCRIPTIONS & ADVERTISING

How does the subscription work?

Subscriptions provide ongoing visibility and advertising placement within the app. Listings remain active while the subscription is paid. Subscriptions are handled through a third party. Any issues with the payment should be directed to the third party to resolve. 

  

Does the app guarantee leads or jobs?

No. While the app increases visibility, it does not guarantee inquiries, bookings, or revenue.

  

Are subscriptions month-to-month?

Yes. All subscriptions are billed monthly and renew automatically unless canceled.

  

Who handles payments?

Subscription payments are processed securely by a third-party payment provider. The app does not store or manage payment details.

  

Can I cancel my subscription?

Yes. You may cancel at any time through the third-party payment provider. Customers cancel themselves by logging into the customer portal: https://app.payhere.co/customers (there’s also a “manage your subscription” link on the payment receipt that’s received). Once signed in you should go to the Subscriptions tab, find the active subscription and choose Cancel.

Your listing will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle.

  

Are subscription fees refundable?

No. Subscription fees are non-refundable once charged.

Yes. You are responsible for communicating and enforcing your own policies with clients.

  

Am I responsible for contracts and invoices?

Yes. You are solely responsible for contracts, estimates, invoices, and service fulfillment.
